Pacific Crest is an ocean front complex of 36 units. Most of the units are available for rent on a nightly basis. Each unit reflects the atmosphere of the individual unit owner. Every condo has a large, modern well-equipped kitchen; a private patio or balcony on the ocean side; an excellent view of the Pacific Ocean and Nye Beach below. There is an outdoor heated pool (closed Nov. - Feb.) and year round available spa. Private stairs connect to the beach. The following types of accommodations are available for rent on a nightly or weekly basis: STUDIOS (2 ADULTS) One large room. Fully ocean front, complete kitchen, queen bed, dining area. Cable/color TV. Full bath with tub & shower. $105. STUDIOS (2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN) Same interior design as above with the addition of a hide-a-bed; OR two double sized beds. $115. ONE BEDROOM SUITES (2 OR 4 PEOPLE) Fully ocean front. Queen bed in master bedroom, two full bathrooms, complete kitchen, living room with a hide-a-bed, two TVŐs. Two of these suites have gas fireplaces in the living room. $145. TWO BEDROOM SUITE (4 OR 6 PEOPLE) Fully ocean front. King bed in ocean front bedroom, 1 queen bed in second bedroom, living room with a hide-a-bed, 1 large full bath, two TVŐs, and a complete kitchen. This corner unit with excellent views North and West. $185. EXECUTIVE SUITES (2 TO 6 PEOPLE) Deluxe penthouse accommodations elegantly appointed for those who seek the very best. Each suite is different but include a fireplace and many amenities. These units have incomparable views in Newport. $175. to $250. Please call for any additional information.
