This "Flat Hat" as it's called is from the 1930s. It is Navy Blue and is made from a straw-like material. The trim of of velvet. The flowers are horsehair with red centers. Not seen in these photo is an underneath piece that comes down in the back and forms to the head to help hold the hat on. Very good condition - More information WH005
